Latics have signed striker Matt Derbyshire from npower Championship club Nottingham Forest on a short-term loan.
The 26-year-old has agreed a deal to stay at Boundary Park until October 27th.
And subject to Football League clearance Derbyshire, who will wear the No 9 shirt vacated by Jordan Slew, will make his debut in tomorrow's npower League One match against Notts County.
Derbyshire kicked off his career at Blackburn Rovers and after an 18-month spell at Olympiakos, before joining Birmingham City on a season-long loan from the Greek club.
He signed a three-year contract with Forest in August 2011.
