Wabara completes loan move
Latics have signed defender Reece Wabara from Manchester City on an initial one-month loan.The 20-year-old is added to the squad for this afternoon's npower League One match at home to Notts County after Latics were minutes ago given Premier League and Football League clearance.
Wabara, who has been capped by England at under-20 level, is a footballer of great versatility as he can play either full-back spot as well as centre back.
He has made one substitute appearance for City against Bolton Wanderers on the last day of the 2010/11 season.
Wabara spent three months on loan last season at Ipswich Town for whom he made one start and five substitute appearances.
