The midfield man is to have a scan of the injury either tomorrow or Tuesday.
Wesolowski pulled up in the closing minutes of training on Friday feeling pain when he kicked a football.
The player is optimistic the injury is not serious, though he will be a non starter for Tuesday's home league game against Walsall.
