Latics are looking to enter the loan market.
Paul Dickov has revealed he would like to find clubs for some of his youngsters.
Rather than being on the bench or not featuring in the matchday squad, Latics' manager wants to send out his players to get valuable match action.
"There are three or four players who will benefit massively by going out on loan. It is something we are looking to do for them," he explained.
