A number of subscribers to Latics Player experienced difficulties logging in during last Saturday's npower League One match against Leyton Orient.
Perform, who provide the Latics Player service, have issued the following statement.
It reads: "We would like to apologise to supporters who experienced service disruptions to Player on Saturday, October 20th. We have identified that there was a firewall issue and worked as quickly as possible to resolve the problem.
"We pride ourselves in the service we provide FL interactive clubs and take any issues like this extremely seriously. Once again, please accept our apologies for any inconvenience caused.
"We are confident that the issue has been resolved but any supporters who experience any further issues should please contact our customer service team directly at firstname.lastname@example.org"
