Outdoor specialists on board
Oldham Athletic Football Club is delighted to announce Blacks as the new shirt sponsor for the 2013/2014 season.
The outdoor specialists’ logo will feature on the new kits which are produced by Fila.
Fans will get the chance to see the new look home kit and sponsor tonight when it will be revealed at the Player of the Year Awards.
As seen in this exclusive teaser image, the kit will also see a move back towards the more traditional royal blue associated with Latics.
Blacks are the latest addition to the JD Sports Fashion group and offer the best outdoor products from global brands including The North Face, Berghaus, Marmot, Merrell, Salomon, Jet Boil and Mammut, with exclusive lines from Peter Storm to name but a few.
Blacks Director, Barry Bown, said: "We are delighted to be able to associate Blacks with Oldham Athletic. JD Sports Fashion PLC has a longstanding relationship with the club and we are excited to see the Blacks brand further this relationship as the new shirt sponsors."
Latics Chief Executive, Neil Joy, added: "The club is very grateful for the support from JD Sports Fashion PLC and are delighted to have agreed the sponsorship with Blacks.
"The reveal of the new look kit will add to what promises to be a very special evening tonight at the Player of the Year Awards."

The home kit is expected to launch in June and will be available from the WE ARE LATICS club shop, your local JD stores (Elk Mill & Spindles) or online.
