Cliff rejoins former club
Latics' defender Cliff Byrne has completed an emergency loan move to former club Scunthorpe United.The 31-year-old defender (pictured) has rejoined the Iron on a 93-day loan which expires on Friday, December 13th.
Byrne joined Latics in the summer of 2012 from Scunthorpe where he he had spent almost 10 years before being released.
He has made 43 first-team appearances for Latics including three in the current campaign, all as a substitute.
