Manager Lee Johnson admitted last night that his side were physically weaker than their Yorkshire opponents as they lost back-to-back home league games.
Mark Bradley and Lee Frecklington got the goals for Rotherham and the gaffer was gutted with the result.
"We've got to stick together now. We knew that it was going to be a tough two games because they are strong sides. We have to go to Crewe now and try and get a bit of help in with renewed vigor.
"We need some help in the squad and we'll be trying our best this week to bring some new players in before Saturday's game."
With the end of the season in sight, Johnson suggests that maybe he made some errors with player recruitment.
"We've got ten important games remaining now. I'm very disappointed but i can't say shocked because we're physically weak and I knew that today. You can get away with two or three players not being strong enough but not seven or eight but we'll address that," commented the 32-year-old.
"I won't shy away form anything. I'm a fighter and I know what it takes. I've been disappointed with a couple of people I've given contract to but that's my fault and I'll address that."
