Oldham Athletic are delighted to announce the signing of midfielder Michael Tidser on loan until January.
The 24-year-old joins on loan from Rotherham United and will be available for tomorrow's Johnstone's Paint Trophy clash with Bradford City.The midfielder started his career with Celtic before joining fellow Scottish side Greenock Morton.
After being nominated for the First Division Player of the Year in Scotland, the youngster earned a move to the Millers.
Tidser spent the second half of last season on loan with Ross County in the Scottish Premiership.
Lee Johnson said: "We are looking forward to working with Tidser. This is a deal that suited both ourselves and Rotherham.
"Hopefully he can prove to us what he is about with the football we are trying to play."
