Last week saw the return of Oldham Athletic Community Trusts half-term holiday club which was again sponsored by The Safeguard Group.
On average over the course of the week 41 children attended the holiday club per day, such is the popularity for the holiday club it was full for the week without a single piece of advertising.
Throughout the week there was a Halloween theme which culminated in a Halloween party on the Friday with the children invited to dress up in their best spooky costumes and try their hand at apple bobbing.
In addition to this the children got to enjoy a variety of different sporting activities as well as film afternoons and art and craft sessions.
As always the Oldham Athletic players stopped by to say hello and spend some time with the children. Mike Jones and Michael Tidser spent Thursday afternoon with the children as they signed autographs and answered any questions the children had for them.
