Oldham Athletic defender Anthony Gerrard will miss the next two games after being charged by the FA for Improper Behaviour at half time against Chesterfield.
The charge relates to an incident in the tunnel following his sending off.
Whilst disappointed, Anthony accepted the charge and following a personal hearing has received a two match ban which rules him out of the games against Swindon Town and Millwall.
