Oldham Athletic have teamed up with the country’s leading ticket provider Ticketmaster Sport to implement a new state-of-the-art access system at SportsDirect.com Park.
This new system will enable supporters to benefit from reduced match day admission when buying tickets in advance, either on the phone, online or via the club’s ticket office.
Tickets purchased online can be printed from the comfort of your own home and be scanned at the turnstiles, making it a smoother process on a match day.
Buying tickets in advance means fans can benefit from discounts of up to £4 from the match day price.
This system will be implemented for the first time at the EFL Cup game against Wigan Athletic on Tuesday, August 9.
Commercial Director Mark Moisley said: “We are delighted to be partnering with Ticketmaster Sport for this new initiative.
“Having met with a number of different providers throughout this process, Ticketmaster Sport were the stand out company supplying the best product and support.
“We hope fans will benefit from the convenience and flexibility of the new system as we continue to move the club forward.”
Due to this development, Season Ticket books will be replaced with credit card style Season Ticket cards and will be available to collect from the club’s ticket office on Monday, July 18 from 12noon.
