Oldham Athletic are delighted to announce the signing of central defender Peter Clarke on a one-year contract.
Clarke becomes manager Steve Robinson’s 11th signing of the summer.The 34-year-old adds valuable experience to the back having made over 600 career appearances, scoring 43 goals.
The defender has enjoyed spells with Blackpool, Huddersfield Town, Southend United and more recently Bury where he was named the club’s Player of the Season in 2015/16.
Clarke will wear the number 26 shirt during his stay with the football club and is available to play in tonight’s friendly against Preston North End.
