Striker Michael Ngoo has signed a contract until the end of the season with Oldham Athletic.
The 24-year-old started his career with Liverpool before spells with Hearts, Kilmarnock and more recently Bromley in the National League to gain fitness.Manager John Sheridan said: “He has been on trial with us, I’ve looked at him and we’re taking a chance on him.
“He has got a good pedigree with being at Liverpool and he’s here until the end of the season so hopefully he turns out to be a good acquisition for us.
“He is big, over six foot and puts himself about so hopefully we can get something out of him and he is the type of player who could keep us in this league.”
