In line with previous seasons, Oldham Athletic will once again be honouring supporters who have passed away during the 2014-2015 season in the match day programme against Peterborough United.
If you wish your loved one to be included please email Gordon Lawton: gordon.lawton@oldhamathletic.co.uk with the deceased details.
So as not to upset any family members of the deceased, unless information is passed on to the club regarding past supporters, players or directors of Oldham Athletic they will not be included in the end of season tribute.
Details must be received by Monday, April 27.
