Oldham Athletic Community Trust have teamed up with Oldham Life Long Learning to provide a FREE Level Two Food Safety Course.
This course is for anyone who is currently unemployed and claiming either:
- Job Seekers Allowance (JSA)
- Employment and Support Allowance (ESA)
- Universal Credit
If you wish to pursue a career in the food industry, this qualification is a requirement when applying for a job in the industry.
This ten-hour course will provide you with knowledge of the parameters of basic food safety practices relevant to the catering industry.
The course is to run from 10am-3pm on Wednesday, June 3 and Wednesday, June 10 at SportsDirect.com Park in the O2 Sponsors Suite.
With the new North Stand under construction and recruitment for the catering facilities soon to be taking place there is no better time to enrol on this course.
If you complete the course and are interested in employment at the football club, there is potential to be fast tracked to an interview for positions in the new North Stand.
If you are employed or cannot provide proof of benefit this course is still available for you at a cost of £72.00 to cover the examination costs.
