Genserix Kusunga was part of the Angola side that saw their chances of qualifying for the African Cup of Nations slip away as they drew with Gabon and Burkina Faso.
The 26-year-old kept a clean sheet in their first game against Gabon and Angola drew 1-1 with Burkina Faso as they bowed out of the competition at the qualifying stage.Kusunga will return to Latics and be available for Saturday's game with Sheffield United.
