Oldham Athletic (2004) AFC Limited are delighted to announce the appointment of Anna Kocerhan onto the Board of Directors.
Anna has been working professionally as a development consultant for sports facilities for the past 15 years.
Former Vice Chair at non-league club Cirencester Town FC, she has successfully supported a range of sports clubs, national governing bodies of sport and local authorities to develop and deliver new sports facilities and stadiums whilst also undertaking a number of commissions for the Football Foundation and Football Association and has a strong track record in securing challenging planning permissions for regeneration and improvement schemes.
Anna has for some time been working with Oldham Athletic Football Club to deliver a new stand comprising conferencing and hospitality facilities in addition to an exciting health and leisure offer.
Speaking about her appointment, Anna said: "I am delighted to be joining Oldham Athletic’s Board of Directors. After working with the club for a number of years I am privileged and thrilled to be invited to take up this important role at what is a very exciting time in the club’s history."
Chairman, Simon Corney added: "Anna has been involved from the start and proved instrumental in ensuring that the new North Stand is now nearing completion.
"Her experience and contacts in the wider sporting world make her an invaluable addition to the Board of Directors. I am also proud to be introducing the first female since the inception of the company in 2004 to a position of such importance."
