Lee Collins will be the man in charge of Saturday's game with Yeovil Town.
In his 22 games in charge this season, Collins has handed out 80 yellow cards and six reds.
The last time Collins officiated Latics was in their FA Cup second round defeat to Doncaster Rovers earlier in the season.
