HOW TO GET THERE - BY CAR

Take your preferred route to join the M1, and travel south to join the M25 London circular.

Take the southbound carriageway for around 6 miles and then take the right fork (signposted North Circular).

When the roads merge at the bottom of the flyover, take the left-hand lane and turn left at the roundabout on to the A104.

After about 1 mile, take the right-hand exit at the roundabout (still the A104) past Lamb's Cafe.

After half a mile, turn left into Leyton Green Road (signposted Leyton and Stratford), and left again onto a short slip road past the bus garage entrance.

Then turn left into Leyton High Road - you'll see the Leyton Leisure Lagoon opposite as you wait to make the turn. Continue until you see the floodlights.

BY TRAIN
Virgin Trains operate high-speed Pendolino services between Manchester Piccadilly and London Euston (click here for journey times and pricing details).

You've got two options from Euston. To go by Tube all the way, it's two changes on the Northern Line (click here for full details).

Or - and this may be the easier and certainly the shorter option - take the Victoria Line towards Walthamstow Central and disembark at Blackhorse Road.

From there, Silverlink run overground rail services to Leyton, with a journey time of around ten minutes.

The tube station is around a quarter of a mile from the ground.

WHERE TO PARK
Parking is very limited around the ground. The club require all their parking space for official use, so it's back streets for all!

WHERE TO EAT AND DRINK

The Coach & Horses is located about half a mile after turning right out of Leyton station, while the Three Blackbirds and the Birkbeck Tavern are also in the vicinity of the ground.
