Latics battled to a 0-0 draw as their tour of Bangladesh came to a tulmutuous close in Dhaka yesterday.

In a game riddled with spitting incidents and other foul play, defender Marcus Holness was sent off after reacting angrily to an opponent.

Abhanni also later had a player sent off for a badly-timed challenge on Sean Beeley, and this draw means Latics end the tour with a record a two draws and a defeat.

The squad are currently on their way back to the UK, and are expected to land in Manchester at just after 7pm this evening.
