With the 2007/08 season now over, the club are turning their attention to renewing and attracting new sponsorship for the upcoming campaign.

The club works with a number of valued partners who provide essential support, and officials are looking to expand this family over the summer.

Some deals are due to expire this summer, while others are entering their final year.

Main Stand sponsors Horners Motor Group are one of the club's longest-standing and most loyal partners, and the club hope to renew this successful arrangement during the close season.

Shirt sponsors Hillstone Developments will enter the final year of their current deal in 2008/09.Meanwhile Detect All Alarms will enter the second year of their three-year contract as title sponsors of the Chadderton Road End.

Broadway Stand sponsors New Start Mortgages will be without a stand sponsorship next season, but have pledged to continue to support the club through perimeter and programme advertising, match sponsorship and other activities.

However, Cable Comms - who last season sponsored the Rochdale Road End and mascot Chaddy The Owl - will not be continuing their sponsorship of these two items next season.

Anyone interested in taking up either of these packages should contact commercial sales manager Bob Gorrill on 0871 226 1657, or chief executive Alan Hardy on 0871 226 2235.

Latics' chief executive Alan Hardy said: "Sponsorship and advertising is vital to the club.

"We have a large number of local and national companies which have supported us in this way for many years.

"But as we embark on a period of change with the redevelopment of Boundary Park this kind of support is more and more important.

"We have two high-profile sponsorship opportunities available next season.

"There is a chance for a company to be the sponsor of one of the club's major assets - Chaddy The Owl.

"We are also searching for a stand sponsor for the Rochdale Road End, where a good number of fans have taken up season tickets."
