Latics have teamed up with Delph Cricket Club to give fans the chance to mix with the 2008/09 squad in an informal environment.

John Sheridan and his squad will form two teams for a war of attrition on the cricket pitch as a light-hearted diversion from the hard work on the training field.

The game will take place next Wednesday (July 9) commencing at 5pm.  Entrance is free and the club's bar will be open, with the players freely mixing after the game.

The session will be a great opportunity to get to know the club's new players and hopefully see some top-class cricket (or at least some form of cricket!)
