Referee Phil Gibbs will take charge of tomorrow's FA Cup First Round tie between Athletic and Cheltenham Town at Whaddon Road.

The West Midlands official has refereed nine games so far this season, and has shown 19 yellow cards but is yet to dismiss a player.

A total of 15 games last season yielded a total card count of 51 yellows and 3 reds, compared with 24 yellows and one red in the same number of games in 2006/07.

Tomorrow's game will be the first time Gibbs has refereed a game involving Athletic.
