HAZELL SET TO MISS WALSALL CLASH
Reuben Hazell will miss out on the League One fixture against Walsall scheduled for next Tuesday (November 25, KO 7.45pm).
The ex-Chesterfield man picked up his fifth booking of the season during the FA Cup defeat to Cheltenham Town and will therefore serve an automatic one-match ban.
Under FA rules, the ban does not come into effect for seven days following the fifth offence, meaning Hazell will be available for this weekend's trip to Southend.
Manager John Sheridan is expected to turn to the pairing of Sean Gregan and Stefan Stam for the game with other central defensive cover at a premium.
Midfielder Mark Allott is also walking a disciplinary tightrope and will serve a one-match ban if he picks up one further caution.
