John Sheridan has the services of Chris O'Grady at his disposal once again after the striker returned from his loan spell at Bury.

The frontman headed to Gigg Lane in search of regular match action and featured in six games for the Shakers, who have been going well in League Two.

O'Grady has participated in 12 games for Latics so far this season and could be on the bench for Saturday's trip to Southend with Craig Davies still out on loan.

The ex-Leicester trainee arrived at Boundary Park for an undisclosed fee from Rotherham United in the summer.
