Match-winner Chris Taylor opted to shun the limelight after his decisive goal at Millwall - instead handing the plaudits to his team-mates.

Taylor bagged a 92nd-minute winner - his 10th goal of the season - to decide a pulsating contest at the New Den.

But the individual praise doesn't matter for the midfield flyer, who insisted: "Even though I scored the goal there were 11 excellent performances out there today.

"The late goal shows the spirit the lads have and everyone is buzzing.  Being honest, I couldn't believe I'd scored because I thought we had thrown two points away.

"We needed the three points today and the lads dug deep to get the result, so credit should go to all the lads.  The win was deserved."

Taylor sneaked in to head Kevin Maher's cross in off the inside of the near post, and he revealed he knew the ball was on the way in as soon as contact was made.

He added: "I saw Kev pick up the ball and I knew he was going to put it into the box, so I just went for it.

"Their right back didn't see me sneak in behind him and I managed to cut across and head it in."
