The draw for the first round of the Johnstone's Paint Trophy, involving League One and Two clubs, will be made on Saturday, 14 August.
A total of 16 teams have already been given byes through to round two.
The remaining 32 clubs, including holders Southampton, have been divided into four geographical regions for the first round.
Ties are played in the week commencing 30 August, with highlights of all games on the BBC Sport website for UK users.

Northern section (west): Accrington, Macclesfield, Morecambe, Oldham, Port Vale, Rochdale, Shrewsbury, Tranmere.
Northern section (east): Chesterfield, Hartlepool, Lincoln, Northampton, Notts County, Rotherham, Sheffield Wednesday, Walsall.
Byes in northern section: Bradford, Burton, Bury, Carlisle, Crewe, Huddersfield, Peterborough, Stockport.
Southern section (west): Aldershot, Bournemouth, Exeter, Oxford, Southampton, Swindon, Torquay, Yeovil.
Southern section (east): Brentford, Brighton, Charlton, Dagenham & Redbridge, Gillingham, Leyton Orient, Southend, Stevenage.
