Carl Winchester has returned to Boundary Park after playing for Northern Ireland under-18s in an international tournament in Poland.

The 17-year-old right back was away for a week in which he played three games against Eastern European opposition.

Winchester appeared in all three matches as Northern Ireland lost 4-3 to Belarus, drew 2-2 against Ukraine and beat Bulgaria 3-1.

The first-year scholar is no stranger to overseas trips having also represented his country many times at under-16 and 17 level.
