Latics will play Blackburn Rovers in Round One of the Lancashire FA Canterbury Senior Cup.

Lee Duxbury's reserves will face Rovers on Tuesday, November 11 at Morecambe's Christie Park ground (KO 7pm).

The news comes after the two sides took part in a recent friendly at Blackburn's training ground, where the hosts ran out 3-1 winners.

Duxbury's second string have won both games since, chalking up home wins against Bury (2-1) and Stockport County (5-3).
