Latics' commercial department have a number of special events coming up.

First up is a Sporting Evening to be held at the Avant Hotel on Wednesday, April 9 2008.  Yorkshire-based comedian Johnnie Casson will be your entertainment for the evening, along with current Latics goalkeeper Mark Crossley.

Casson was rated by the late Bob Monkhouse as one of the top four comedians in the country, while Mark will be taking part in a Q&A session as well as recalling some of the memoirs of the late Brian Clough.

The End of Season Awards Dinner sponsored by Cable Comms is taking place on Wednesday, April 23 2008 -- click here for more info.

Due to circumstances beyond the club's control, this event has been combined with the Player and Kit Sponsors' Dinner which was scheduled for the same date.

And Commercial Sales Manager Bob Gorrill has organised a Ladies' Day to the Emirates Yorkshire Cup horse racing at York Races on Friday, May 16 2008.

Tickets are priced at £50 inc. VAT and include executive coach travel with champagne en route and tickets for the grandstand and paddock.
