Among other things, Langley talks of how the Rangers squad have been practising penalties in case they are needed at the end of the two legs.

Manager Ian Holloway says the way the club have progressed recently is exactly what he's dreamed of.  Talking about the play-off matches with Latics, the R's boss said: "What Iain's achieved there this year has been absolutely superb in his first year."
