Latics' reserve team plays in the Central League in the 2012/12 season.

This season the Central League is split into two sections - Division One and Two along with West Division and East Division.

Latics will play eight league fixtures in Division One tackling each team once. They have a further eight fixtures in West Division where they again take on each club once.

The reserve team is also competing in the Lancashire Senior Cup and Manchester Senior Cup.
