Q. What football team do you support?

A. I'm an Oldham Athletic fan and as a child had a season ticket in the Lookers for many years.

 

Q. What do you like to do in your spare time? 

A. Having two young children I spend the vast majority of my time away from work with my family. Where possible I try and get outside as much as we can, enjoying the local countryside and parks that are within/surround Oldham.

A. A weird one, but I can touch my nose with my tongue.

 

Q. What is your favourite part of your job/working for OACT?

A. I enjoy working for an organisation that makes a difference, across the various initiatives we have the ability to provide positive opportunities for our local community and it is humbling to see the effect our work has. I also love the interaction with various people/groups that this job provides, I enjoy meeting new people and developing ways in which we can work together for the benefit of the borough.

A. Enjoy being part of the wider community and the varied work they do, and the fantastic people I work with!

A. I enjoy spending time with friends, playing football and also volunteering in grassroots football and youth leadership.

A. I've met Steph Houghton, Lucy Bronze and Ellen White, among a few other of the England Lionesses.
 
 
Q. What is your favourite part of your job/working for OACT?
 
A. I love supporting young people to develop key skills for life and seeing them push themselves out of their comfort zone. I also really enjoy working with my colleagues and the atmosphere we have in the team!

Community Engagement Manager

Q. What football team do you support?

A. Chelsea – a Northerner that’s a Chelsea fan… blame my Dad!

 

Q. What do you like to do in your spare time? 

A. I am a sport fanatic; I love watching and playing pretty much all sports. Football, cricket, cycling and golf are my main sports, but I love watching anything really… at the minute I am constantly watching NBA/NFL highlights.

A. When I was in Year 6, I won a skipping rope competition.

 

Q. What is your favourite part of your job/working for OACT?

A. For me as Community Engagement Manager, I love getting out and about in the community, meeting people and providing projects that make a real difference to peoples lives.

A. Spending time with family and friends as well as playing football!

A. I have been coaching/ teaching PE for 13 years (this makes me feel old!).

A. Inspiring young people through sport. Also working alongside my fantastic colleagues.

Media & Communications Executive

Q. What football team do you support?

A. Oldham Athletic ... Although my family raised me as a Chelsea fan! 

 

Q. What do you like to do in your spare time? 

A. I coach at Oldham Athletic Girls & Women, and i have done for 6 years now! I also like to spend time with family and friends, play some FIFA on the PS5 and develop my skills in marketing, media and communications.

A. I have worked with a few famous football figures including Ellen White, Mike Phelan and Tim Krul

 

Q. What is your favourite part of your job/working for OACT?

A. I love sharing the amazing work we do to the wider world! In my role, its my responsibility to ensure all our great work is captured and shared on our socials and website so it doesnt go unnoticed. I also love working with all the OACT team, as well as the club staff and players! My job doesnt feel like a job!

A. I am half Scottish!

A. I like constantly meeting new people such as schools teachers, pupils and the staff at OACT.

A. I like to watch football, play video games and read. I also coach at AFC Oldham.

A. I nearly went to university to study Palaeontology!

A. We have a great team at OACT who are all great to work with, as well as the staff in schools, my favourite part of my job is working with such great people.

A. I like creating new relationships, working with and meeting new people and banter with my colleagues!

A. Go to Blackpool games, home and away! I also like playing football and socialising with friends and family.

A. I have coached in 3 different countries - England, America and Spain.

A. Seeing kids learn new skills and see improvement!

A. I go to the Gym most mornings before work, and in the rest of my spare time I like to DJ, Wakeboard and Snowboard.

A. I raised £400 in a charity boxing match (which I won!)
