Team Of The Week is BACK!

The Oldham Athletic Community Trust (OACT) Team of the week initiative returns to Boundary Park with the visit of OACT School Partners Willowpark Primary Academy and Friezland Primary School. The two schools will face each other at half-time during today’s Sky Bet League Two fixture, with children from years 5 & 6 representing their respective schools.

Willowpark Primary Academy;

As a 2-11 Primary Academy, Willowpark educate and nurture every child ensuring they acquire the knowledge, skills and attitudes to be successful in the future, enabling them to make a positive contribution to their community. Through effective teaching and a curriculum designed to ensure that every child in the academy is provided with high quality learning opportunities and experiences, the schoolwork in close partnership with parents, South Pennine Academies and the local community in order to achieve the best education for the children. Friezland Primary School;

Although Friezland Primary School are one of Oldham’s smallest primary schools, they set high expectations and their pupils achieve well in many different areas of school life. Pupils move on from Friezland feeling prepared and ready to achieve even further because they experience a broad and balanced curriculum; effective transition arrangements; supportive families and governors; experienced and caring staff; pastoral support and most importantly, their own self-confidence and belief is strong. More OACT Matchday Activity

On Saturday the 20th November in the OACT Family Stand, Circus Sensible will be with us providing FREE activities for junior supporters including Juggling with balls, Poi and Chinese ribbon, beginners stilts and bucket stilts, Hula hoop, plate spinning and more!

The Tuck Shop and Junior Latics Lounge will also be open on Saturday the 20th November, with card payments accepted in the Tuck Shop.

Also, our NCS Changemakers will be bucket collecting outside the turnstiles before the game to raise funds to support the elderly at Christmas. Please help us raise funds to help us support those spending Christmas alone. If you see our NCS Group at the turnstiles, please say hello and donate if you can!
