Soccer School:
September the 1st saw the final day of our Summer Soccer School after 6 weeks of football fun at Royton and Crompton.
We also launched the October Soccer School ready for the first half term of the new school year!
The soccer school will run from Monday 23rd of October to Thursday 26th October for a 4 day soccer school.
There is a limit of 80 spaces per week, for children aged 6-12.
Venue: Royton & Crompton E-Act Academy, Blackshaw Lane, Oldham OL2 6NT
Age Group: 6-12 Years Old.
Price: £72 for 4 days
Time: 8:30 – 15:30

OACT School Delivery Returns!
Schools returned after summer break this month which saw the return of our OACT school delivery to the 17 school partners we have with us for this academic year including BRAND NEW partners for 2023/24 in Hodge clough, St Edwards RC, St Herberts and a BRAND NEW secondary school partner, Crompton House School!
Schools are back for the 2023/24 school year throughout this week, which means our #OACTSchoolDelivery returns!đ

Women’s Just Play Award!

We are so proud of everyone involved with the session and are delighted to see the session recognised with an award to celebrate its success in empowering women to play football, whether that is starting their football journey or just getting out the house being active every tuesday.

Smart Energy
We’ve teamed up with The EFL Trust and Smart Energy to help households within the communities we support understand how smart meters could help them better manage their energy bills and help them save money, especially over an upcoming tough winter period.

To support with this, we visited the CHAI Ladies project in support with ATF Oldham to speak to their participants about Smart Meters, with the help of leaflets in Urdu and Hindi.

We have had a busy month with our school visits returning once again with Ben Tollitt and Nathan Sheron visiting Royton Hall Primary School to get us kickstarted. We also had Mike Fondop and Shaun Hobson visit Whitegate End, Charlie Raglan and Matt Hudson visitng Willowpark and Will Sutton and Hallam Hope heading over to Woodlands!
Thank you to all the players for taking time out their days to speak to children at our schools and helping them discuss projects they are focussed on, adding relevance to being a footballer and their careers.

OACT Skills Centre
This month we launched our brand new OACT skill centre!
