Youth Engagement Coach

Overview
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Youth Engagement Coach to lead on the delivery of one of our flagship projects, PL Kicks.. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in sports coaching and a commitment to educating and developing young people of all skill levels. This role is vital in fostering a positive and motivating environment that encourages personal growth, teamwork, and excellence in performance.

Responsibilities

• Lead on the delivery of a PL Kicks session. Ensuring that the session is safe for all.

• Develop and maintain strong partnerships with key local stakeholders, such as Oldham Council Youth Services.

• Provide ongoing opportunities to engage with Oldham Athletic.

Skills

• Proven experience in working with young people.

• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to motivate and inspire young people.

• Strong organisational skills.

• Ability to communicate on a range of different levels.

Essential Requirements:

• An FA Level One coaching qualification.

• The ability to independantly travel.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: £14.00 per hour

Expected hours: 3 per week
