Junior Supporters

The Boundary Blues junior supporters club has been established for many years, with an aim to making sure that the young fans had a chance to fully integrate into the Oldham Athletic fan base and in turn help to create Oldham Athletic fans for life. We welcome everyone into the Oldham Athletic family.

If you would like to become a member you can join Boundary Blues free of charge if you hold a junior season ticket for Oldham Athletic. We now currently have over 600 members, with this number rising weekly.

Once you are a Boundary Blues member you will be entered onto our mascot system. Other activities include Christmas/end of season parties’ where you will meet the Oldham Athletic team, as well as Boundary Blues trips to away fixtures.

Polyflor are once again supporting us and will be the official Boundary Blues partner for the upcoming season. We would like to thank Polyflor for their continued partnership with us, as without their help and support we would not be able to continually grow and operate as successfully as we do. Special thanks also go to Gee Dee Trophies for their continued support with the football club.

Defender George Edmundson takes over from former goalkeeper Joel Coleman as our official Boundary Blues ambassador. George is a big hit with the children and he enjoys meeting all the Boundary Blues members.

When we asked George to become our club’s ambassador, he said: “It’s a real pleasure going out and interacting with the children. Last season I attended a number of schools, took part in the bowling which was organised by the Boundary Blues and visited the holiday club.

"I put myself in the children’s position. If a professional footballer visited me when I was younger, I was full of energy and enjoyed my day, so I try to give back to the community as much as I can. It’s great to see the smiles on the children’s faces and they love telling me their Oldham Athletic stories so if we can create supporters from me visiting and interacting with younger people then that is great.”

Boundary Blues now have tuckshops in the Family and Community section, located in the TLH Auctioneers stand, and one also in the large section of that stand. We run various activities and competitions each matchday in the Family and Community section which all children take part in. These activities include face painting, penalty shootouts, guess the attendance, guess the man of the match and much more.

We would like to thank all the volunteers who help to make Boundary Blues a success. Without you Boundary Blues would not exist. We have a passionate team who are dedicated to Boundary Blues.

Bench Buddies

Each matchday we invite a family of supporters from both teams to sit in the dug out pre-match as part of our Bench Buddies initiative. They get to meet the manager, shake hands with the players as they run past into the dressing room and have their pictures taken with club mascot Chaddy the Owl.
