Latics in North East section
Latics will feature in the Northern Section East of the Johnstone's Paint Trophy.Fleetwood's promotion to the Football League has caused a geographic imbalance which has resulted in Latics being moved from the North West group of clubs.
The draw will be made in Sky Sports' Soccer AM programme on Saturday, August 18th between 10am and 10.30am.
