Winchester gets his chance
Jordan Slew was ruled out of Latics' npower League One match against Stevenage at Boundary Park.The striker, who trained yesterday, had failed to shake off the back strain picked up in midweek against Walsall.
Carl Winchester (pictured) replaced Slew as it looked as though manager Paul Dickov would go with a 4-5-1 line up.
The Stevenage side included former Latics players Filipe Morais, Chris Day and Anthony Grant.
