Midfield man to have scan
Latics ought to know the extent of James Wesolowski's hamstring strain within the next 48 hours.The midfield man is to have a scan of the injury either tomorrow or Tuesday.
Wesolowski pulled up in the closing minutes of training on Friday feeling pain when he kicked a football.
The player is optimistic the injury is not serious, though he will be a non starter for Tuesday's home league game against Walsall.
Latics are confident James Tarkowski will be alright for the visit of the Saddlers.
The central defender was caught by a flaying elbow in yesterday's defeat at Milton Keynes Dons and needed stitches inserting in a cut above his eye.
