Good wins for under-10's and 12's

Latics enjoyed emphatic wins against Bradford City at under-10 and 12 levels in their Centre of Excellence matches against Bradford City.

The under-10's triumphed 6-0 through goals from Joe Collins (2), Xander Small, Ben Fox, Louie Bull and Keaton Williamson.

They scored three goals in each of the second and quarters and were full value for their victory.

SHELDON RENSHAW scored a hat trick for the under-12 who recorded a 7-2 victory.

There were also goals for Jahed Mohammed, Tyrese Sinclair, Harry Quick and Joe Crabtree.

Renshaw and Quick were the stand-out performers in a good, battling performance against a strong Bradford side.

Latics played some good football in difficult conditions with the pitch wet and sticky.

A COMBINED under-15/16 side lost 6-0 to Bradford in what manager Paul Johnson described as a day to forget.

He said Latics were outplayed in every department and couldn't cope with Bradford's passing and movement off the ball.
