Furman on the bench

20 October 2012

Latics unchanged from Bramall Lane

There was no instant recall for Dean Furman by Latics for this afternoon's home npower League One match against Leyton Orient.

Furman, back from international duty with South Africa, had to settle for a place on the bench as Robbie Simpson (pictured) retained his place in midfield.

It was the same starting line up which kicked off last Saturday's league game at Sheffield United.

Orient had one change from their side which beat Hartlepool in midweek as Anthony Griffith replaced Dean Cox who stepped down to the bench.
