Misbehaving fans will be banned

Latics issue warning

There have been a number of incidents at Boundary Park this season before, during and after matches which have resulted in the police becoming involved and having to take action.

Whilst only a small minority of individuals are involved, their activities can have serious consequences for the club whether, for example, that be damage to the club’s reputation or an increase in policing costs incurred by the club as a direct result of their behaviour.

Oldham Athletic has a strict policy of zero tolerance to any anti-social behaviour and any resulting criminal damage will be dealt with by the police.

Any individual found guilty of any offence of this nature will become subject to a banning order preventing them from attending any matches at Boundary Park in the future.

Oldham Athletic would remind any supporters who have been or may wish to become involved in incidents of this type of their responsibility to behave in a manner befitting their support of the club.
