Kyle's famous uncle
What was former Manchester United defender David May doing as a spectator at Latics reserves' Manchester Senior Cup tie against Bury?He was watching his nephew Kyle Hardman (pictured) who is a first-year scholar at Latics.
The only similarity is their ginger hair as May, now aged 42, was a defender while the teenage Hardman is an attacking player who was on the wing against Bury.
May won two Premier League titles and two FA Cup's for United as well as being on the bench for their dramatic 1999 Champions League final victory against Bayern Munich.
