Strikers join casualty list
Strikers Matt Smith and Lee Barnard have been ruled out of Saturday's final npower League One game of the season at Leyton Orient through injury.Both players picked up knocks in last Saturday's home win against Crawley Town which finally banished the threat of relegation.
Smith (pictured) sustained an Achilles injury while Barnard damaged a hip muscle.
Jonathan Grounds, who was forced off with a neck injury at Shrewsbury Town in midweek, is rated at 50/50 to recover in time for Saturday.
Captain James Wesolowski, James Tarkowski and Daniel Taylor are all out with medial knee ligament injuries.
Wesolowski has also taken the opportunity to have a shoulder operation to resolve a long-standing problem.
The surgery was a success and Wesolowski now begins his rehab which is estimated to take 12 weeks.
