Latics off to Deepdale

Latics are in npower League One action tonight with a Lancashire derby at Deepdale against Preston North End.

It is another massive match for Latics as they bid to edge further clear of the relegation places.

Preston's 3-0 victory against Scunthorpe United last Saturday effectively guaranteed their League One status.

Since Simon Grayson succeeded Graham Westley as manager, Preston have lost only twice in nine league games.

Latics drew 3-3 last season at Deepdale in what a terrific spectacle in which James Wesolowski scored two spectacular goals.

After beating Preston 3-0 at Boundary Park in October, Latics will be looking to complete a league double.

Latics' fans can pay tonight at Deepdale at the away ticket booth.

They are priced: adults £20, over-60's and 16/17years £14, 15 years and under £8. 

There are also family tickets at £24 which comprise one adult and one under-15. 

Ambulant disabled and wheelchair users are £20 with carers free.
