Six home-grown players named
Latics again name six home-grown players in their injury-depleted squad for tomorrow's last npower League One match of the season at Leyton Orient.Kirk Millar, Carl Winchester, David Mellor, Glenn Belezika, Joe Cooper and Danny Gosset could all get the chance to impress.
Latics will again be without captain James Wesolowski, Matt Smith, Lee Barnard, James Tarkowski and Daniel Taylor who are all ruled out through injury.
Jonathan Grounds (pictured), who hurt his neck at Shrewsbury Town in midweek, is named in the squad and Latics are optimistic he will recover in time for Saturday's game.
