Reserves turn to youth
Latics are turning to youth for today's reserve-team match against Bury in the Manchester Senior Cup at Chapel Road, kick off noon.Aussie goalkeeper Liam Jacob is the only professional in action as 13 of the 14 players in the squad are trainees.
Winger Chris Sutherland (pictured) is likely to get his first competition action since recovering from a shin injury as he is named as one of the three substitutes.
