Youngster named in under-17's squad
Latics' scholar Danny Byrnes has been named in the Wales under-17 squad for two international matches later this month.The first-year scholar (pictured) is in the squad which will play Malta in two friendlies at Dragon Park, Newport, on August 20 and 22.
The friendlies are preparations for Wales' UEFA qualifying games in Slovenia in September.
